Refund and Returns Policy

WARRANTY

All orders are carefully examined before shipment.

At the time of delivery, it is necessary to inspect the Tools and Devices to make sure that it has not been damaged during shipment or transit. Any claims must be submitted within 8 days from the date of delivery.

The warranty starts from the date of purchase (the date on the distributor’s invoice). The warranty is valid for a period of twelve (12) months.

The warranty is limited only to providing replacements of the parts recognized by the Company as defective (excluding worn-outs and consumables.)

The Company is not responsible for any misuse or abuse of the product after purchase and/or negligence from the content of the manual.

In case of failure of using the device, our Customer Support Department will inform you of the appropriate methods of dealing with your claim and advise you of your nearest approved service center.

Warranty does not apply for damages or failures caused by: • Incorrect usage
• Error in Transportation
• Handling or maintenance

• Usage of non-genuine parts/accessories, or incorrect specifications.

REFUND AND RETURNS

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 30%, based on condition and SKU. No returns will be accepted after 8 days from the date of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted without prior consent. An RMA (return merchandise authorization) must be requested by emailing sales@bztrades.com.

BZ International Trades LLC is not responsible for return shipping unless an error has been made. Samples and Custom Orders cannot be returned.

All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received and documented. Credit will not be issued for any items returned to us broken or in any different condition than documented. It is imperative that the returned boxes are packaged well.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Once a product has been installed, it cannot be returned. BZ International Trades LLC is not responsible for product damages, property damage, or lost labor costs due to faulty installation. Claims for

damage or shortages must be made within 8 days from the date of delivery.

Thoroughly inspect all products before installation as use will constitute acceptance. Installed equipment/tool is considered the property of the owner/installer and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.

ORDER CANCELATION

Orders canceled prior to shipping can be canceled without penalty. If you decide to cancel an order, please email sales@bztrades.com, including your Order ID (Order Number). Hours of work are Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time (ET).

Once an order has been loaded and is en route to the shipping address, Quartz Arte Inc. will charge all applicable fees. The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs. Any items returned without Return Authorization, including canceled orders and refused shipments, are subject to a 30 percent restocking fee.

ORDER REFUSAL

DO NOT REFUSE ANY SHIPMENT. If your shipment arrives damaged, email our customer support center at sales@bztrades.com immediately for assistance.

If you refuse to accept an order, Quartz Arte Inc. will charge all applicable shipping fees. The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs. Any items returned without Return Authorization, including canceled orders and refused shipments, are subject to a 30 percent restocking fee.
