Shipping or Delivery time varies depending on the destination and way of delivery.
12 pm (noon) EST is the same-day shipping cut-off time. Orders will be processed the following business day if placed after 12 pm (noon) EST.
BZ International Trades LLC utilizes a variety of carriers, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. Please contact us to see if you require a specific carrier. Additional fees may apply.
Standard Lead Time within the U.S. is 2-5 days. We highly recommend that you do not schedule your installer until you have received your product.
The day of order processing is not considered a day in transit.

If Local Pickup is chosen, failure to pick up the order within 3 business days once the order is confirmed may result in additional storage fees.
Shipping transit times within the U.S. are based on business days, only. Weekends are not applicable unless a Saturday service has been requested. Additional fees may apply.
Refusal of delivery will result in additional fees to redeliver.
If you refuse an order or provide an inaccurate shipping address, this will result in additional shipping fees and/or additional days in transit.
